Refund & Cancellation Policy for Bella Marie Creative

Healing sessions & online services:

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded.

• Refunds may not be issued for completed sessions.​

Artwork & shop purchases:

• All artwork sales are considered final, unless the item arrives damaged.

• If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• ​

Digital products (if added in future):

• Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
